I am with Pax whilst he is filming in New Zealand and Cooke islands in the Pacific. We will be home in time to see the Christmas shows..............so keep up the good work.........family spirit..........and fun!

Performers Company Production
COME AND JOIN OUR PERFORMANCE COMPANY AND  BE PART OF OUR FUN PACKED TEAM       'GUYS AND DOLLS' STARTS IN SEPTEMBER WITH SHOW EARLY FEBRUARY 2009.
 Musical Theatre Company is set up and run to give students an opportunity to work in a professional theatre environment, and build towards a final, fully staged production. Students will work o­n the core skills of acting, singing and movement, together with the character work necessary to sustain a portrayal through a whole performance. From the moment you join its auditions for principle and ensemble roles. Then o­nce cast you attend rehearsals every Sunday / Tuesday / Thursday evening [ whichever company you are with ] for 3 hours . Every rehearsal is aimed towards scenes and songs from the show.

Musical Theatre Company is suitable for both experienced and new performers, as all shows offer an opportunity for ensemble work that will build confidence and team work. Musical theatre is as reliant o­n it's ensemble as it is o­n it's lead performers, and I hope all students enter the company with an open mind, a willingness to learn as a company, and to develop the skills to shine as a solo performer if the opportunity arises.

The Company have already staged LES MISERABLES schools Edition. Ashley Griffiths and Helena Cutler who both performed in this production were both chosen out of 5000 students from all over the UK to perform in the WEST END of LONDON this October 2005 to celebrate Les Miserables 20th anniversary.

The Company also performed Shropshires Premier of 'Seussical' The musical about the Cat in The Hat and High School Musical. Both productions received rave reviews and were sell out performances.

Musical Theatre Company aims to have no more than 35 members.
